MARCY KIESMAN, CMA, President & CEO, Director
Mrs. Kiesman has a certified management accountant designation, and is experienced in accounting, business finance and management duties for junior public mining companies. Mrs. Kiesman is responsible for the company management , as well as working with the accounting and mining technical team to advance the company's objectives.

PETER DIMMELL, B.Sc, PGeo, Director
Peter Dimmell’s experience in mineral exploration has spanned more than 40 years, including 17 years with Noranda. He has served on numerous boards for public companies and professional organizations and currently holds the title of Past-President for the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC). Currently, Mr. Dimmell is a director of four public companies including Linear Gold Corp on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

RAY PAQUETTE, Director
Mr. Paquette has extensive mining experience in North America and Mexico and has been involved in public companies for over a decade.

ARIF MERALI, Director
Mr. Merali is a self employed investor with previous experience in the public markets as an investment advisor.
